JUSTIN ROSS
Master Craftsman & Owner
Justin has been in construction for over 20 years — and it runs in his blood. When Hurricane Katrina devastated the Gulf Coast in 2005, he and his father went to work alongside their community, rebuilding homes and roofs through Ross Construction, one structure at a time. That season didn't just sharpen his skills. It defined what craftsmanship means to him: showing up, doing the work right, and leaving something better than you found it.
Today, Justin channels that same spirit into every custom cabinet and millwork piece he creates. He designs each project from scratch, meets every client in person, and sees it all the way through to the final install — going above and beyond to bring your vision to life exactly as you imagined it. Every piece that leaves our shop has his hands on it, start to finish.

KASSIDY ROSS
Operations & Marketing Manager
Kassidy keeps the whole operation running. As office manager, she handles every call, order, schedule, and dollar that flows through Gulf Coast Cabinets & Millworks — and on any given day, you might also find her on the job site helping with builds and installs. Nothing is outside her lane.
She holds a Bachelor's in Applied Theology and Ministry Leadership from Logos University — and brings that same servant-hearted approach to everyone she works with. What ties it all together is a simple belief: every person she works with deserves to feel genuinely cared for, seen, and thrilled with the result.
